The maniacal genius Tic Tic, also known as Tyler Fang, has been in cahoots with the unorganized organization of Wayne and Holly since 2006. He is currently commanding brat operations based in Richmond. While not bent on taking over the world by growing taller, he has been spotted making tunnels, blowing bubbles, and filling diapers. Tic Tic is often seen unexpectedly clad in a blue jumpsuit and accompanied by 2 mammoth henchmen. Considered cute and cuter, do not approach unless bearing a puppy or a copy of Dora.
