The opinionated genius Fanger, also known as James Fang, has been in cahoots with the strong-headed organization of Wayne and Holly since 1980. He is currently commanding paramedic operations based in Richmond. While not bent on taking over the world by watching an entire movie without falling asleep as he travels to the Galapagos Islands, he has been spotted skiing, playing badminton, and driving code 3 (lights and sirens). Fanger is often seen gingerly clad in a blue, red, and purple jumpsuit and accompanied by 5 (or maybe 13... possibly 3) voracious henchmen. Considered sarcastic and serious, do not approach unless bearing a large robotic rhino named Rhinox or a copy of The Transformers.
